We began to look at music videos with dancing in them, to see the length of the shots and type of shots.

  • All shots in this music video were extremely long, so we would therefore like to incorporate a combination of both long and short shots.

I have just recently completed my AS media studies course and completed the exam. During our lessons we have been trying to decide on our coursework for A2. We have been watching different types of short films, documentaries and music videos on the Media Mag awards website. For my coursework i am persuaded into doing a documentary purely because it is different but I am worried about the dialogue because that was hard to sort out in our AS coursework. Tonight and over the next couple of days I will look more into different films and different ideas I can use with each type.
