Another of Beyonce's music videos which we liked was 'If I were a boy' An element of this music video which we both really liked was the white and black colour grading- this was used in another of Beyonce's music videos and was extremely effective.

I have just recently completed my AS media studies course and completed the exam. During our lessons we have been trying to decide on our coursework for A2. We have been watching different types of short films, documentaries and music videos on the Media Mag awards website. For my coursework i am persuaded into doing a documentary purely because it is different but I am worried about the dialogue because that was hard to sort out in our AS coursework. Tonight and over the next couple of days I will look more into different films and different ideas I can use with each type.
